Ordering Information and Policies

                Orders received by 1:00 p.m. central standard time will be shipped the same day. 

                Orders received after 1:00 p.m. will be shipped the next business day.

                C.O.D. orders require a $9.00 additional charge. 

                Some chemicals and supplies fall into a hazardous shipping status and require an additional

                $20.00 handling charge which will be added onto your order. Such materials are designated.

                The Matuska Taxidermy Supply Co. will accept returns on all merchandise for exchange or for full refund if

                returned within 30 days from date of purchase. All merchandise must be in the original condition, unopened and unaltered.

                Please enclose a copy of the invoice as well as an explanation for the return.

                Customer is responsible for shipping on all returned merchandise.

                Returned checks will be assessed a $30.00 service charge. All future orders will be cash only until check clears.
